Athena Brands, Inc. has devoted a great deal of effort to ensure that personal information and privacy is safeguarded.  Transactions are supported by industry standard data encryption and we do not sell any information obtained for this site to any service bureaus or mailing lists.  

Athena's online store uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. SSL provides 3 important things: Privacy, Authentication, and Message Integrity. SSL uses public key encryption, one of the strongest encryption methods around, to protect data as it travels over the Internet. Customer information sent is not discernible to anyone - except the recipient. There is no risk to the Merchants or the Customers. Therefore, one can feel safe and secure using their credit card to make purchases over the Internet.

This site is created and controlled by Athena Brands, Inc. in the State of Nevada. By visiting this site, you agree that the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these disclaimers, terms, and conditions.

User hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consents to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Nevada and of the United States of America located in the State of Nevada (collectively "Nevada Courts") for any litigation arising out of or relating to the use of or purchase made through this site (and agrees not to commence any litigation relating thereto except in such courts), waives any objection to the laying of venue of any such litigation in the Nevada Courts, and agrees not to plead or claim in any Nevada Court that such litigation brought therein has been brought in an inconvenient forum.

WARRANTY POLICY

Athena Brands, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that this product shall be free from all defects in material and workmanship for 90 days from date of purchase from the retailer.

All merchandise must be returned to the original place of purchase to be processed.  Proof of purchase must accompany the returned merchandise.  Athena Brands requires a return authorization number prior to return to the factory.  If return is authorized, all goods are subject to final inspection and acceptance at our factory.  All merchandise should be returned in the original cartons and cleaned of all food residue.

This warranty does not apply to product that has been subject to abuse, misuse, negligence, tampering, or has been modified in any way.  Broken latches and handles will not be accepted for return.  Replacement latches and handles are available for purchase by calling 1-800-272-8603 for a retail location near you, or at http://www.athenabrands.com/products/ - then scroll to the Stove To Go Latches / Handles under the Max Burton heading.

Athena Brands, Inc. reserves the right to either replace a defective product or issue credit against future purchases on all returned, defective merchandise.  This warranty excludes labor or the cost of labor and is given as the exclusive warranty and remedy.  No other warranties, expressed or implied are made.  Athena shall not be liable for any special incidental or consequential damages.
